The completion of this 30 hour driver education course will satisfy the classroom requirement of Joshua's Law.
To be eligible for a Class D driver’s license the DDS will also require you to:
be at least 16 years old;
hold your learner's license for 12 months and 1 day from its issuance;
pass an eye and a driving test;
have a Georgia DDS Certificate of Enrollment form that is signed and notarized from your school;
have the Alcohol and Drug Awareness Program (ADAP) card;*
have completed a cumulative total of at least forty (40) hours of other supervised
